Excavator Long Reach Boom is a special-purpose attachment for deep and long distance digging and dredging in sand and gravel pits, slope forming, settling banks, cleaning ponds/waterway, etc. These booms are easy to attach on the excavator. These are specially designed with excellent integrity and taking into consideration the potential stress and fatigue points. These long reach booms are high in demand ideal for use in river and sea dredging, deep foundation excavation work and construction of sea wall. We are a professional manufacturer in India, specializing in Designing and Making Long Reach Booms Package, High Reach Demolition Front, Shortened Rock Boom Stick, and other kind of Excavator Attachment.

Why are Trapezoidal Buckets used?
Trapezoidal Buckets, also known as V-ditch buckets, are most commonly used for any construction work that involves ditches, pipe laying and any drainage work. Going into more detail about why Trapezoidal Buckets are used, they are perfect for pipe laying and digging ditches, due to the unique shape of the bucket. The shape allows the operator to dig an identical ditch all the way along. All of our Masterhitch Trapezoidal buckets conform and comply with recommended drainage ditch dimension, which gives you peace of mind that all of our buckets are made to the right specifications, and are manufactured to the highest standard possible by our specialist engineers.
Trapezoidal buckets are also great for trenches and waterways, the streamline profile of the excavator attachment ensures that the walls being dug are cleanly carved.
A loader is commonly used to move a stockpiled material from ground level and deposit it into an awaiting dump truck or into an open trench excavation.
Loaders are used mainly for loading materials into trucks, laying pipe, clearing rubble, and digging. A loader is not the most efficient machine for digging as it cannot dig very deep below the level of its wheels, like a backhoe or an excavator can. The capacity of a loader bucket can be anywhere from 0.5 to 20 m3[1] depending upon the size of the machine and its application. The front loaders bucket capacity is generally much bigger than a bucket capacity of a backhoe loader.
Estimating Bucket Capacity
Volume = Cross Sectional Area x Length
Excavator Buckets are very common and can be used for a wide variety of tasks: construction, small demolitions, light transportation of building materials, powering building equipment, digging holes/excavation, landscaping, breaking asphalt, and paving roads. Often, the backhoe bucket can also be replaced with powered attachments such as a breaker, grapple, auger, or a stump grinder. Enhanced articulation of attachments can be achieved with intermediate attachments such as the tiltrotator.
Many backhoes feature quick coupler (quick-attach) mounting systems and auxiliary hydraulic circuits for simplified attachment mounting, increasing the machines utilization on the job site. Some loader buckets have a retractable bottom or clamshell, enabling it to empty its load more quickly and efficiently. Retractable-bottom loader buckets are also often used for grading and scraping. The front assembly may be a removable attachment or permanently mounted.
The capacity of a Excavator bucket can be anywhere from 0.5 to 20 m3 depending upon the size of the machine and its application.
Grapple Buckets:
Grapple bucket combines a normal bucket and a grapple and is therefore suitable for a multitude of jobs. It can be used for transporting and loading of branches, wood chips, compost, straw, manure, construction waste etc. It can also be used as a normal bucket with the grapple in the upright position.
Profiles available in full, half-cutaway or full-cutaway sides for any job application
Optional screening available for maximum material retention
Dual hydraulic cylinders allow independent actuation of each cylinder for clamping uneven loads
Width and edge hole patterns drilled to OEM standard wear parts
Available as pin-on or compatible
Third function loader hydraulics and jumper hose kit for quick
coupler required for operation. Bucket supplied with attachment side whip hoses.
V Engineering Enterprises designs and manufactures face shovel buckets that are compatible with all OEM machines. We work closely with OEMs to ensure our buckets are designed to operate within OEM specifications.
The bucket capacity can be customised to suit a range of specifications, including varying values of density, mine-specific application, wear kit coverage and G.E.T. requirements.
V Engineering Enterprises also provides a liner and G.E.T. package for maximum wear protection. All liner kits can be fully customised to suit site-specific applications.
Shovel Buckets are used in opencast mines and quarries. We design and manufacture shovels, folding shovels but also complete shovel equipment including the basic boom and the shovel stick.
Other features include:
Improved hinge casting design for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
Replaceable bolts on wear edges to protect the bottom of the door
Reduced tip radius (within OEM guidelines)
Simplified structure to reduce maintenance
Full coverage headboards for maximum protection
Grab bucket is a special tool for cranes to grab dry bulk cargo. It consists of two or more bucket jaw plates which can be opened and closed together to form a space for holding material.
When loading, the jaw plate is closed in the material heap, and the material is grabbed into the space for holding material. When unloading, the jaw plate opens in the suspension state on the material heap, and the material is scattered on the material heap. The opening and closing of the jaw plate is generally controlled by the wire rope of the lifting mechanism of the crane. Grab is the main dry bulk cargo loading and unloading tool in port, which has no heavy manual labor and can achieve higher loading and unloading efficiency and ensure safety
